Orders Shipped to Canada You are responsible for any and all Customs charges! Refund Policy Damaged or Broken Items If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. Non-defective, Non-broken Items Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements All returns require a RMA number. To obtain a RMA number, please contact us with your name and order number. Further specific instructions will be given within 1-4 business days. Please do NOT ship unauthorized returns otherwise the return claim may be automatically rejected and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days |
